Bandera County Warrant Records Bandera County Warrant Records

Contact the record holder first. A current Bandera County case answer comes from the issuing court or Sheriff's Office, depending on the question. A message to a private information resource cannot confirm a warrant, change a court record, or request a county document. For an existing county record, contact the Public Information Office; the court controls its own case file. Include a citation or cause number when available, and avoid sending sensitive identity details through an unsecured message. A relative may help gather the paperwork.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We cannot verify a warrant, recall a court order, accept bond, arrange an appearance, or advise you about a case. Contact the issuing court for its status and the Sheriff's Office for law-enforcement routing.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Choose the Bandera office that holds the kind of record or case you need:

  • Law-enforcement routing: Bandera County Sheriff's Office dispatch is 830-796-3771, available 24/7; administration is 830-796-4323 and the jail is 830-796-7759. The public page does not list a dedicated warrant desk.
  • 198th District Court felony files: contact the District Clerk at 830-796-4606. The clerk keeps felony filings and process for district matters.
  • County-court records: ask the County Clerk at 830-796-3332 about the case search and county-court file.
  • Justice Court or city citation: call the precinct on the paper, or Bandera Municipal Court at 830-796-3456 for a city Class C matter.
  • County open-records request: contact Public Information Officer Laurie Blanchard at 830-796-8461 or lblanchard@banderacounty.org about an existing county record under the Texas Public Information Act.

For a city Marshal record, use the separate Marshal open-records instructions. For county records, see the Public Information Office. Judicial files should go to the appropriate clerk because the Texas Public Information Act does not govern court records in the same way as executive-branch records.
